• April 30, 2013 - Deadline for proposal submission
• June 14, 2013 - IDAL begins to contact instructors regarding workshop/seminar selections
• July 1, 2013 - Signed Instructor Agreement must be in IDAL hands

2. Review the Basic Supplies List to determine what additional supplies students will need for your class.
   
3. Complete all required information below. ( * = Required)
