    Bas-Relief Workshop

    Instructor: Ellie Ellis, CMS 

    Workshop Fee: $750.00 for 3 Days of training

    Bring true definition, depth, and beauty by learning how to create your own Plaster Bas-Reliefs artwork for walls and panels.

    In this class I want to introduce you to creating beautiful plaster reliefs. The main area of concentration is learning about plaster reliefs, how to work with plaster for carving and sculpting, and how to use molds for plaster relief to expedite the creative process. Learning this process will enable you to create FAST and Beautiful sculpted relief pieces that will rival any museum work.

    Each Student will get to choose from 2 panels (photos above). 

    Each panel is 2’ X 3’ in size.

    You will leave with a confidence in knowing how to create Bas-Relief from start to finish!

    You will also be learning the entire process of silicone rubber mold making

    which will save you countless hours of duplicating elements for your designs.

    This is a fast-paced class with a lot of information, education and creativity packed into it– 

    plus a few surprises from ME!

    ***To note that Ellie will not be teaching at Art Fusion this year.

    ***Please be aware that you will have additional shipping cost of approximately $150.00 per panel. Fed-Ex will pack it and ship it with a $1000.00 insurance policy.

    Flowering Chinoiserie

    Mural Master Class with Pascal Amblard

    Work side by side with renowned French master muralist Pascal Amblard, as he shows you his process for designing and painting murals quickly and beautifully! This intensive 6 day workshop emphasizes design and individual style. As a participating artist you will design and paint your own full-sized mural, and may customize your work, according to your aspirations and level of experience. Class is limited to a small group of 5 to 8 artists. Demonstrations of painting technique and individualized instruction will help you achieve your painting goals. 

    Class is held in a fully-equipped working mural studio.
