IDAL Convention Volunteers

Calling Volunteers!

IDAL needs you!

A chapter is only as good as its members. This holds true for IDAL's convention as well. This year many volunteers have worked hard to plan a fabulous convention in Charleston, South Carolina from July 21 to July 26, 2008. We need your help to make this convention a phenomenal experience. We need volunteers to work in the IDAL store and booth, help with stuffing registration packets and Expo bags or maybe you would like to help set up some of the special events. Meet some new people working on the philanthropic mural. Volunteers who monitor classes are of vital importance to the success of a class. Volunteering at convention provides many opportunities to network, have fun and form new friendships, as well as catch up with old friends. We hope that you can donate some of your time at convention to fill one of these posts. Please contact SHEILA SOBCZYK and tell her which of the following things you are interested in doing.

I am interested in helping with the Banquet Decorations. Volunteer meeting Monday after 4 pm

I am interested in helping with Special Event Set up. Volunteer meeting Monday after 4 pm
For monitoring classes, every effort will be made for you to get those classes you request. Please take a moment to make sure you do not have a conflict with your own classes. Monitoring is a commitment of at least 3 hours. Please list class numbers you are interested in, by preference. Volunteer meeting Monday at 4pm
