Chapter By-laws
All Chapters must vote in the new set of By-laws by the end of 2008. This is being done to fulfill IRS requirement as well as to unify the procedures and rules of all the IDAL Chapters. You must send a copy of the minutes of the meeting during which the new By-laws were adopted as well as a copy of the version your Chapter has chosen. A full explanation of these new By-laws can be found in the document below as well as in the Staring and Running an IDAL Chapter PDF (Starting_Running_IDAL_Chapter.pdf). You will need a quorum to vote these. A quorum is no less than ⅕ of your membership.
Both documents should be sent to chapters@decorativeartisans.org
